news: Calling All 2020 Candidates!
Nominations Open for APA Board -
The leadership of the Arizona Production Association is comprised of APA Member Volunteers - your peers in our industry. Some of these individuals serve on or chair one of our regular committees, and some sit on our Board of Directors. These are your friends and business associates who are giving their time to promote our people, our state, and our work. Each year, one-third of our board members roll off and we elect new members to take their place, giving you an opportunity to serve!
APA is now seeking candidates to run in this year's election, which takes place in December. To be eligible to run, you must ALREADY be an APA Member in good standing (your dues must be paid current), be able to attend approximately 10 board meetings a year, and be willing to serve on at least one committee. Individuals elected will serve a three-year term starting as of the first meeting in January 2021.
Candidates must complete a short questionnaire with some biographical information that will be used to prepare the ballot.
We need YOU, your ideas and your leadership. If you'd like to nominate yourself or someone you know to run, please send a note to APA President Rachel Davidson, president@azproduction.com, AND to our Administrative Director Julie Lee: julie@azproduction.com. Include contact info for the person you are nominating, unless you want to run yourself.
The Deadline for Nominations is October 16, 2020.
