news: Ladies "Film" Night Out - NOVEMBER 12

The APA is hosting a special event next month Celebrating our Women in Film! Please join us for Ladies "Film" Night Out at the the Film Bar on Wednesday, November 12, starting at 6:30 pm. We'll start with some mingling and appetizers, followed by screenings of short films by local female filmmakers. For just $15 dollars plus drinks you can meet and hobnob with fellow film pros and watch a variety of films from ladies you just may know! After the films, stick around for socializing or to learn more about the films or the APA.
We are building a program of about two hours of shorts, and we still have openings if you are a lady who needs a place to show your work. That's what this is - an opportunity to help promote and share our talents with the community to bring forth awareness to the type of Professional work that we have such passion to create.
Tickets on Sale Soon! In the meantime, if you have a short you'd like to submit for consideration, please contact APA Marketing Chair Karen Sundt at 602-510-5520 or: ksundtfilmvideo@msn.com. Act soon while we still have spots available! There is no charge to submit your work. Preference will be given to APA MEMBERS in the selection process, but ALL Arizona women filmmakers are encouraged to submit their shorts! Once selected, the films will be listed here on this website and in the enewletter.
