Existing advertisers are defined as individuals or companies with ads currently running on the site now, as well as any advertiser who had a banner ad running on our website during 2018. If you have banner advertising currently running on the site, you would need to renew your ad(s) by MARCH 31, which would have the effect of extending the run time of your current ad(s). If you had an ad running last year, you'd just purchase a new one to receive the discount.

Former Web OR Printed Directory Advertisers - Receive 20% Off of our Published Banner Ad Rates!

Former Advertisers are defined as those who had a banner ad running on the website prior to 2018 and/or anyone who previously purchased a display ad in ANY issue of the printed directory published between 2003-2013.   

New Advertisers - Receive 15% Off of our Published Banner Ad Rates!

If you've never purchased a website banner or print display ad with APA before, now's a GREAT time to try out an easy and cost-effective way to get your name and services noticed by producers and production companies everywhere!

The minimum run time for any banner ad purchased is three months, and all payments must be received by MARCH 31, 2019, in order to qualify for the discounts. We prefer that all artwork be submitted with the advertising application, but if you need time to put something together, you can take up to 30 days to send the artwork. 

“Ads” are defined as print or banner ads that appear on the top, bottom or sides of the site pages, NOT as individual listings within the online Production Guide.
