APA's largest annual event gives Arizona’s entire production community the opportunity to get together!  

You’ll hear from film offices and other industry groups and meet the APA’s board and committee leaders who will guide us through the current calendar year. We’ll take stock of what production in Arizona currently looks like, and share ideas on how we can all move forward together.

The event begins with a casual dinner provided by APA, followed by the formal meeting and a question-and-answer period. Then take a tour of the host facility and network with friends and other industry professionals!

If you’ve been a member for at least a couple of years, you may recall that at the 2020 Annual Meeting we premiered our new APA HATS, and every member who attended that event was able to pick one up. Then COVID hit, and hat distribution at events came to a stop, so we still have some. If you were a member at that time, are still a member and did NOT get your hat yet, you’ll be able to pick it up at the meeting! 

We also have a LIMITED number of hats for those who joined later in 2020 and in 2021 that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All hats must be picked up in person at the event; we will not mail any out.

The Annual Meeting is FREE FOR APA MEMBERS, $20 for Non-Members in advance; $25 at the Door (cash only at the door). Doors open at 6:00 pm for dinner; meeting starts at 6:30 pm.

This year's meeting is being hosted by FABRIC, the location of APA’s new office! FABRIC is located at 132 E. 6^thStreet in Tempe. Parking is available in the garage directly north of the building, and other public parking is available nearby. 

NOTE: Since the building is owned by the City of Tempe, the venue is requesting that masks be worn when not eating/drinking, but they are not required. Tables and chairs will be spaced to allow for social distancing for those who want to do that.

If you’re an existing member, THANK YOU for your support and continuing to be a part of our organization. If you’re new to Arizona or are unfamiliar with us, we welcome you to attend this event, and encourage you to be part of the AZ community and join the APA. There is power in numbers, and together we have a louder voice.
