About Rob Gerstner -

Rob’s career in the industry began in 1983 when he started working at a film equipment rental house named Centerline, which did live, recorded, and filmed events. In 1985, he left Centerline and started working as a freelance technician in the film industry - grip, electrician, best boy, and gaffer.

In 1995, Rob started a film equipment rental house named ReelMen and grew it to the largest film rental company in Arizona. He sold ReelMen in 2012, and it’s now called Cinevo.

From 2012 to present day, he’s still working in the industry and has expanded his skill set to include working as a 1st AD. Over the past four decades, he’s worked on every kind of project that you can probably imagine.

Rob is a Past President and former Directory Chair of the Arizona Production Association and has been a member of and actively involved in the APA since its inception. He’s also been an IATSE member since 1992, and is a member of the DGA.

Don't miss this great opportunity to expand YOUR skill set and advance your career!
