The “Legal Basics for Filmmakers” recording has been added to APA's Video Library!
On Tuesday, July 9, 2024, APA presented a FREE online legal webinar geared specifically for filmmakers and other industry creatives.
Led by entertainment attorney Max Hass of Holon Law Partners, the webinar provided an explanation of the film-relevant aspects of copyright, the fundamentals of contracts, and an overview of the common contracts used in the film and video industries. He also touched on Arizona's current tax incentives.
Attendees were able to ask questions throughout the presentation, with time at the end for additional questions.
