APA Members! 

Are you looking for a way to get more involved in our film community or in APA? Take advantage of this great opportunity to serve our membership by running for a seat on our Board of Directors!  

The Arizona Production Association is made up of Members just like YOU, who volunteer their time to help lead so that we can continue to promote OUR people, OUR state and OUR work! Each year, some of our board members' terms end, and we elect new members to take their place. 

APA is now seeking candidates to run in this year's election, which takes place in December. To be eligible to run, you must:

  • ALREADY be an APA Member in good standing (your dues must be paid current),
  • be able to attend approximately 10 board meetings a year, (currently held remotely via Zoom) and
  • be willing to serve on at least one committee.  

Individuals elected will serve a three-year term which will kick off at the first APA Board meeting in January 2025. 

Candidates must complete a short questionnaire with some biographical information that will be used to prepare the ballot. 

If you'd like to nominate yourself or another Member to run for an open board seat, please send a note to President-Elect, Terry Cornwell at: president-elect@azproduction.com, AND copy our Administrative Director Julie Lee: julie@azproduction.com. Include contact info for yourself or the member you are nominating to run.

The Deadline for Board Candidate Nominations is OCTOBER 31, 2024.
